“Writing Center Workshop – Grammar 3: Clauses”
This workshop will review dependent and independent clauses. We’ll discuss principles for writing grammatically correct phrases and clauses. We’ll cover how to avoid writing fragments, misplaced modifiers, and faulty parallelism. We’ll do practice exercises to test and reinforce your understanding, and answer any questions related to clauses.
