My laboratory’s work focuses on elucidating the molecular mechanisms driving disease initiation, progression, and treatment. In particular, we are studying the actions of CSF1 on immune and other cells in glioma and a CNS degenerative disease. We are interested in how CSF1 signals, how CSF1 actions impact cellular phenotypes and if CSF1 signaling is a therapeutic target in the diseases we study.
