Credentials: I am investigating the mechanism of parvovirus-host epigenetics using the oncolytic Minute Virus of Mice (MVM). Specifically, I am looking at how the host epigenetic landscape modulates MVM localization and replication. By elucidating how MVM navigates the host chromatin nuclear environment, this work will inform the development of better gene therapy vectors and precision oncolytic agents.
