This coming week for the Spring 2026 Molecular Virology Seminar Series we will be featuring Professor Stacey Schultz-Cherry (St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital) as our keynote speaker for the 2026 Ann Palmenberg Molecular Virology Symposium. Dr. Schultz-Cherry will be reflecting on memories of Ann and discussing her lab’s recent impactful research on influenza infection and determinants of vaccine efficacy in diverse populations.
The Palmenberg Symposium will begin at 8:50 AM in Room 1211 of the Biochemical Sciences Building with opening remarks followed by the morning scientific session starting at 9:00 AM. The Keynote Seminar will begin at noon. Day-of registration will be available, and the symposium is free of charge sponsored by the IMV, Dept. of Biochemistry, and WARF.
