Credentials: My research focuses on how histone modifications regulate transcriptional pausing to preserve muscle stem cell (MuSC) quiescence and regenerative capacity. My long-term goal is to investigate whether age-related epigenetic changes disrupt this fine-tuning, contributing to reduced regenerative potential.
