Credentials: The Lang lab focuses on studying the epigenetic modifications in the development and therapeutic vulnerabilities of ovarian cancers. Specifically, I am working on understanding the functional effects of super-enhancers in high-grade serous ovarian cancer, using a combination of genomics (CUT&RUN, Hi-C, RNAseq) and functional genomics (CRISPR interference) approaches.
