The Journal of Virology (JVI) is proud to introduce the early-career virologists selected for the inaugural New Voices in Virology program. Chosen from more than 275 applicants, these individuals were recognized for the strength and novelty of their minireview proposal and their professional career track record. Selected applicants were invited to submit a minireview to JVI. Their minireviews will undergo peer review, and if accepted, will be published in a special collection in 2026.
